Fingerprint Quality Guarantee

Many agencies reject fingerprints that are smudged, incomplete, or improperly rolled. Rejections mean delays, extra fees, and repeating the process. We take care to ensure fingerprints are captured clearly and correctly at the time of your appointment. If your fingerprints are rejected due to impression quality (such as smudging, incomplete prints, or clarity issues), you may submit written documentation from the requesting institution within 30 days of your appointment. Upon receipt of proof of rejection due to impression error, we will re-fingerprint at no additional charge.
  • Guarantee applies only to impression-related rejections.
  • Does not cover agency-specific requirements, processing times, or submission decisions.
