Mobile Notary Service
starting at $75

Quick & convenient travel-to-you Notary service at your chosen location within our Service Area.  Base fee includes 5 miles travel from our Rockland Office.
Fee:
$75 base fee, includes first Notarial Act
$5 for each additional Notarial Act
Travel Fee based on service address provided. Quote sent after appt. has been booked. Travel fee is non-refundable and due even if Notarial act does not take place for unforeseen circumstances (i.e. - expired ID, unwilling to sign, etc.).

I-9 Authorized Representative

Our experienced Notaries act as your Authorized Representative to ensure your hardcopy or online / digital Form I-9 is completed accurately and in compliance with federal guidelines—minimizing audit risk and eliminating the hassle. Employees can pay at the appointment, or employers can set up a Corporate Account for direct billing. 
Office: $75 per form
(includes ID photocopy for hardcopy forms)
Mobile: $125 per form

Estate Planning

Standard Estate Plan Notarization with 2 provided witnesses (including last will and testament, durable financial power of attorney,  medical power of attorney, a living will, HIPAA, etc.)
Personal Estate - $150
Joint Estate - $200
$50 Deposit Required to secure witnesses. Additional fees may apply for mobile appointments and/or additional Supporting Documents, including but not limited to Revocable Living Trust, Beneficiary Designations, ​Letter of Intent, etc. If you are bringing your own witnesses, fee will be calculated via our standard pricing policy. 

Fingerprinting

Traditional black ink fingerprinting services using FBI FD-258 card. Starting at $40

Document Witnesses

​Upon Request with 1-2 day notice:
  • $25 per witness (in-office appt.)
  • $50+ per witness (mobile appt.)
A $5 booking fee applies to all witness services. Please make sure your document REQUIRES witness(es), as fee will be due if service is booked but not needed. Deposit required. 

Apostille Service

Our local team facilitates the Apostille process through the Secretary of State office in Boston, creating a stress-free and streamlined authentication process.

Certified & Background Checked Signing Agent available to handle Real Estate Signings for you or your clients including Loan Signings & Applications, Full Purchases, Reverse Mortgages, Cash Deals and more. Free Notary appointments must be requested through our Contact Us Form, and cannot be booked through our online booking system. Available for in-office appointments only. Mobile appointments include travel fees.

On-Site Notary

Notary Public available hourly to stay on-site at your corporate location for onboarding events or other Notarial needs. 3 day notice required.
